Insect Controls

While it's true that indoor gardens tend to have fewer insect problems than outdoor gardens, they are by no means immune. Keep a close eye on your plants and you can often catch insect problems early, giving you more options for effective (and safe) treatment.

Organocide

Organocide is an all organic, OMRI listed insecticide and fungicide made from sesame oil and fish oil. SM 90

Azatrol

Azatrol is a broad spectrum botanical product for control of insects and mites on indoor and outdoor ornamental plants, shrubs, flowers, garden vegetables, fruit and nut trees. Azatrol offers an array of effects by acting as a repellent, anti-feedant, insect growth reglator and ovipositioning deterrent. This is an OMRI listed organic insect spray, effective on thrips, spider mites, aphids, mealybugs, whiteflies as well as other insects. Other Pest Controls & Insecticides

PT1100 Pyrethrum Total Release

Naturally-derived pyrethrum is the active ingredient in this insecticide, although this product is NOT considered organic because it also uses chemicals to stabilize the pyrethrum. This total release insecticide (like a fogger or a bug bomb) treats up to 3,000 square feet and will kill most common insects. Only kills adults, so repeat applications are necessary every 5-10 days for total control.

Yellow Sticky Traps
