Keep the temperature of your hydroponic solution about 75°F. Anything higher than 80°F can damage roots, but cold water slows plant growth. Adding an aquarium heater to your reservoir will keep roots warm all winter long! Use at least 5 watts of power per gallon for best results.

  • 50 watt fully submersible mega mini glass, $19.99
  • 100 watt fully submersible stainless steel, $34.99
