Introducing Soilutions Growers Blend #2- a Soilutions Super Soil designed to sustain the heaviest feeding crops.  Our Growers Blend #2 uses our Premium Compost as it's bio-active foundation to start your living soil adventure off right.  Our super soil recipe was designed to sustain a plant through it's entire life cycle and as the perfect living soil to build on year after year.  Our Premium Compost is the base that we enhance with coco coir, worm castings, kelp meal, feather meal, alfalfa meal, fish bone meal and fish meal to super charge the nutrient cycling.  For aeration we use pumice, red cinder, and pecan shells all sourced in New Mexico to keep the native microbes comfortable and active, and just a touch of lava sand helps with water retention and micro-nutrients.  The native amendments give our soil a unique, reddish hue that brings new balance to the everlasting New Mexican debate of red or green; now you can have both.

Super Soil is not a soilless media, it contains native minerals in the form of sand, silt, and clay and performs best in raised beds or large (30 gallon +) grow containers where a soil food web can establish.  We always recommend 'priming' any soil before use by establishing a watering and fertilizer schedule a few days up to two weeks before  transplanting. Soilutions Super Soil is a nutrient rich, amended soil.  We recommend starting seeds in PittMoss and transplanting after roots have established.
